*Concetta's Catering* We used Concetta's for a birthday party. We only ordered appetizers and desserts. The appetizers were great and desserts were also delicious. Our server was named Gage and he was super friendly. He set everything up, kept the food stocked, picked up peoples plates. He also cleaned everything up and wrapped the leftovers for us. The pricing for everything was very reasonable as well!
Today we had a CELEBRATION OF LIFE luncheon at Concetta's immediately following my husbands burial, in their party rental room. I am so grateful to Caitlin for the ease of booking it, and making everything just perfect. The food was absolutely delicious on the buffet. We picked our favorite dish, "Chicken Daniel" with Pasta con Broccoil, baked mostaccioli, and their house salad with their delicious house dressing, plus bakery italian and butter. Everything was set up beautifully and sweet Caitlin even decorated the rooms as a Jimmy Buffett theme, at my request, that was awesome0! Awesome restaurant awesome people delicious food. We are eating at this restaurant many times catered mini parties with their carry out meals and we have never had a negative experience.
Tried this place for the first time. Excellent!! Our waitress was fantastic, the young busboys were very friendly as well. Had the prime rib special, charbroiled, best I've ever had! Their House creamy Italian is a must! Only negative is there is no disabled parking or entrance. But the nice young man busboy helped my 90-something yr old mother down the steps!
Our first experience was a great one! Their dinner salad is simple with shaved provel and their perfect house dressing! It was some of the best cannelloni that I've ever had. Glennon is a very pleasant and polite server.
I'd like to rave about the service first. Our server was just wonderful! She was attentive, so eager to please, and so very kind. My daughter and I had lunch here with my 18 month old granddaughter. We were chatting with our server when we were ordering from our menus and conversation got around to how picky eaters little ones can be. My daughter mentioned how obsessed the toddler is with veges especially tomatoes, which she seems to not get enough of. And to our surprise, out came a plate of little halved cherry tomatoes as an appetizer for the munchkin, and we never ordered it. It was such an unusually thoughtful gesture from our server. The food was average. We both had sides of Caesar salad and the dressing was above average and slightly sweet. The chicken Marsala was tasty with the chicken slightly overdone but not bad. The tortellini was above average but the tuna melt was average. Not bad. The house, which is the restaurant, is old, charming, typical for the region here in St Charles.
